Eamonn Halpin and Co. Ltd. was founded in 1995. Our Managing Director, Eamonn Halpin graduated in 1980 with a diploma in Property Economics and a B.Sc. (Surveying) Honours Degree from Trinity College Dublin and is also a member of the Chartered Surveyor in Ireland.
Also in 1980 he joined the General Valuation Office as a surveyor/valuer. He worked for the Valuation Office between 1980 and 1995. During that time he became an experienced surveyor and dealt with a large number of significant commercial properties at the revision, 1st appeal and tribunal stages.
In 1995 he left the Valuation Office and set up his own specialist Chartered Surveying and Estate Agency business specialising in commercial valuation work.
